• Our contracts are set for a  4-month consignment (120 days).​
• There is a 50/50 split on all items.
• We reduce prices 10% every 30 days.
• Contracts are paid by check. 
• Checks are mailed by the 15th of the month after the consignment is sold.

• Before dropping off your items, please call  (656) 205-0189  in advance to schedule an appointment.
• All items being dropped off  are received at the rear of our building. 
• Unscheduled drop-offs will not be accepted.
• Consignments must be in good shape
• Please make sure your consignments are clean, smoke free, and pet hair free.

• Approval for most consignments can be made from a photograph you send us. 
• Please make sure furniture is represented clearly and in good lighting.
• Include a good description of the items.
• Sellium Consignment Furnishings has the right to refuse items based on condition. ​
